An easy, healthy snack for a lazy Sunday!
I’ve been on my surgery rotation for the last two months so there hasn’t been a whole lot of time for cooking, let alone writing up the blog posts! So now that the rotation is over, I’m playing catch-up on all those recipes. There’s still quite a bit of literature review I need to do before those posts are completed so we’ll start with the simple ones that won’t take me too long to write up…
So here’s the recipe: Grab some crackers, spread some brie cheese over them, and top with slices of strawberries and blueberries.
